Who are we?
We are a young and dynamic local tour operator, born from the idea of an Italian who used to travel all over the world and finally discovered Romania.
Fascinated by its charm and authenticity he put the bases of Ciao Romania with the help of young students specialized in tourism.
From 2003 till now we became bigger and stronger and every year we participate to the main Tourism Expos in Europe ( BIT in Milan, WTM in London, ITB in Berlin, MAP in Paris etc ). Our interest is to make the whole world discover our beautiful country, Romania.
We want to show to all the tourists the beautiful Romanian landscapes, its ancient traditions, and the friendly people by organising tailor made tours all over Romania for everyone's budget.

The payment of the tour
25-50% of the total amount has to be paid in advance by money transfer to confirm your reservation min. 4 weeks before departure.The rest of the total amount is to be paid here, at the moment of the arriving in Romania.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the tour, cancellation will be made 4 weeks before departure and the paid tour fee will be refunded with the exception of the transfer costs.
